The core of my teaching philosophy remains tied to the belief that education of the arts is a right, not a privilege- that all children should have access to art and the materials to create it. The diverse and inclusive curriculum I have created is intended to represent the experiences of those who have been historically excluded from the art field. My scholars stories and voices will always be at the forefront of my instructional planning and design.
